We had a truly unforgettable experience at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains SouthWest of Puerto Vallarta. The location was truly unique, as it was in an area that cars can not get to, providing an exclusive and serene atmosphere. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, with staff attending to our every need and ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also offered an array of convenient amenities such as airport shuttle, laundry service, and shops/commercial services, making our trip hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and poolside snack bar offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks.

This place is pure magic! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make my vacation unforgettable. The meals were divine with a great variety of healthy options, and I loved that they had complimentary kayaks that I could use. The stunning location provided a fantastic view and was perfect for relaxation.

I will say the stairs were a bit challenging but totally worth it once you get to the top. Also, the rooms were a bit open, and I felt like my privacy was a bit compromised at times.

Just got back from the most amazing xmas break! The hotel had the most beautiful ocean view rooms, with comfy beds, and the best part was waking up to the sound of waves. The food was something else, always with a great selection to choose from, and their breakfast burritos were delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly, always up for a chat and giving great tips on the best things to see and do around the area.

The stairs at the hotel were quite steep, so it wasn’t the easiest getting up to the rooms, but it was definitely worth it for the stunning views. There was also no TV in the room which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to watch some Christmas movies, but we ended up playing board games instead, which turned out to be really fun.

During my stay, I had an incredible time enjoying the hotel facilities. The pool was fantastic and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax. Furthermore, the hotel staff was always available and provided excellent service, making me feel at home. Additionally, the location of this hotel is breathtaking, offering a unique experience of being immersed in nature. Finally, the breakfast was an enjoyable experience, with a variety of options that catered to many tastes.

The surf lesson was disorganized and resulted in a dangerous situation for some guests. The yoga classes offered at the hotel were not challenging enough for intermediate practitioners and lacked a reflective aspect.

With a variety of healthy and tasty food options, many guests could indulge during their stay whilst still adhering to their dietary restrictions. The yoga practice sessions are highly regarded and held in a picturesque outdoor studio. Guests are able to choose from a variety of rooms, including ones with ocean views, comfortable beds and eco-friendly amenities. Excursions such as local hikes and massages were also praised by many.

Some guests mentioned the noise of the waves on the ocean view rooms kept them awake at night.

Spent Christmas in this retreat in Mexico and it was a good choice. The view of the ocean was breathtaking from my cabin, and the food was exquisite; they offered creative dishes that were both tasty and impressive. I also enjoyed the spa service.

The hike to get to the cabins was quite challenging, especially for those with limited mobility. some of the paths and stairs were uneven, which could be dangerous.

We had an amazing time at this hotel nestled in the mountains Southwest of Puerto Vallarta. The location was stunning and offered a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. The staff provided excellent service, from the housekeeping staff to the waiters at the restaurant. We were impressed with the range of amenities available, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, spa and wellness center, and access to a private beach. The hotel also offered a variety of activities such as yoga classes and snorkeling, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. The room was luxurious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
